Lead Dotnet Developer

We are looking for an experienced .NET Developer Lead with advanced proficiency in French to join our cutting-edge development team. The ideal candidate will possess extensive experience in .NET technologies, demonstrated leadership capabilities, and the ability to communicate fluently in both English and French. Experience:Minimum of 7 years of experience in .NET development, with at least 3 years in a lead or managerial role.Technical Skills:Expert-level proficiency in .NET technologies, including C#, ASP.NET, MVC, .NET Core, and related frameworks.Strong knowledge of SQL Server, database design, and data management practices.Familiarity with cloud platforms (Azure, AWS) and DevOps practices.Solid understanding of software architecture principles, design patterns, and best practices.Language Skills:Fluent in French (both written and spoken), with the ability to engage in technical and non-technical conversations.Proficient in English (both written and spoken), with strong communication and presentation skills.Soft Skills:Exceptional leadership and team management abilities, with a focus on fostering a positive and productive work environment.Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to think strategically and make data-driven decisions.Highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
