Wordpress/Shopify Developer

Job Type: Full time (Remote)Salary Bracket: 40-100K Pro-rata (PKR)Final salary will be based on relevant skills and experience demonstrated during the hiring process.

We are seeking a dedicated WordPress/Shopify Developer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and maintaining WordPress and Shopify websites, ensuring they meet client requirements and function smoothly. This role is perfect for someone passionate about web development, experienced with WordPress and Shopify platforms, and capable of delivering high-quality, user-friendly solutions.

Elite IT Team is remote-first with 2-3 in-person gatherings per year. The selected candidate would be required to attend these gatherings on company's expense.

Responsibilities:Develop, implement, and maintain WordPress and Shopify-based websites.Customize themes and plugins to enhance website functionality.Integrate and configure third-party plugins and APIs as needed.Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to WordPress and Shopify websites.Collaborate with design and content teams to understand and implement website requirements.Ensure the security and performance of websites.Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies.Requirements:Proven experience as a WordPress and/or Shopify Developer.Strong proficiency in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, PHP, and MySQL.Experience with responsive and adaptive design principles.Familiarity with SEO principles.Ability to work independently and as part of a team.Excellent communication and organizational skills.Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or equivalent experience.
