Senior Back-end Developer

About the project:We are searching for a new colleague to join our team in developing a 360° Employee Communications Platform. Our client is one of the largest global providers of employee communications software, helping companies reach, engage, and understand more than 3.5 million employees every day.

Who we’re looking for:Your background: You should have minimum of 5 years of experience in backend development, with a focus on Node.js, TypeScript and PostgreSQL. As you will work on a complex Analytics product, knowledge of Data Engineering and/or Data Analysis are beneficial.Development: With us, you have the opportunity to improve yourself and others continuously and take on challenges with an open mind.Bonus points: Experience with React, Kubernetes, Microservices, and Google Cloud Platform (GCP)Knowledge-sharing: We welcome your ideas and expertise to enhance our products. Responsibilities:Enhancing the analytics product to provide clients with valuable insights into the usage of their platform.Using modern tech stacks, engineering approaches, and Agile principles to develop the best possible software.Collaborating on shaping the high-level architecture of the analytics services and enhancing the product through coding, quality checks, and integration within the product suite.Driving technical innovations within the team and the Product & Tech department by exploring beyond conventional boundaries and being an active voice in the backend chapter.Promoting user satisfaction by planning and releasing new features and participating in technical decisions.
