Senior Full-Stack PHP Developer

Ciklum is looking for a Senior Full-Stack PHP Developer to join our team full-time in Ukraine.We are a custom product engineering company that supports both multinational organizations and scaling startups to solve their most complex business challenges. About the role:As a Senior Full-Stack PHP Developer, become a part of a cross-functional development team engineering experiences of tomorrow. You will become a part of a positive, engaged, and motivated team of strong professionals based in Ukraine, England and Europe centers. We offer a unique, very friendly, and supportive working environment where you communicate and work directly with the UK and European stakeholders. Sub team is working on Maintenance and documentation of existing solutions. Responsibilities:Full-stack development to meet customer’s business needs and implement components according to modern software development environmentTaking part in design application architecture, solution development, architecture and code reviewWrite and review documentation and provide inputs/update to specifications for the solutionWorking in an international distributed team in an Agile environmentCommunicate with PMs, engineers, Architects, QA and other colleagues and stakeholdersTo use high coding standards, software best practices and write highly testable, automatable and performant code over the whole software development lifecycle

Requirements:Excellent written and spoken EnglishFull stack with plenty of front-end experienceExtensive experience in software developmentExcellent knowledge in Computer Science, Computing Theory:Paradigm & PrinciplesDatabase theoryCode testing practicesAlgorithms & data structuresEnterprise and Application Design PatternsSecurityUnderstanding of network interactions:Protocols (DNS / HTTP)Conventions (REST, GraphQL)Excellent knowledge and experience in PHP and JavaScriptPractical commercial experience with:RESTTesting frameworks (e.g. PHPUnit)RDBMS (e.g MySQL, PostgreSQL, MS SQL)AWSDockerGitBash / PowerShellCI/CD tools
