What you will be doing at EvalueserveLeading client BI development projects, company-sponsored programs and self-development activitiesCreating new data models and/or interactive dashboards and reports using Tableau to visualize complex data sets.Diving deep into data using SQL queries and other tools. Identifying trends, anomalies, and opportunities.Managing ODBC connectors to extract, transform, and load data from various sources (databases, APIs, spreadsheets).Leveraging Google Cloud Platform (GCP) services (BigQuery, Data Studio, etc.) for data storage, processing, and analysis.Collaborating with stakeholders to understand their needs and provide actionable insights.Documenting data processes, data dictionaries, and best practices.Collaborating effectively with an Agile-oriented teamImplementing data quality processes to ensure accuracy, consistency, and reliability of dataIdentifying the Critical Data Elements, business and data owners throughout the data lineage chainAssisting in recurring and ad-hoc data analysis requests as assignedStaying involved and up to date with the industry’s best practices in the Digital Marketing spaceDemonstrating your ability to work independently and proactively troubleshoot issues.
What we're looking for3+ years of experienceBachelor's degree in a quantitative field such as Computer Science, Data Science, or a related fieldGood written and oral communication in English, necessary to converse with both technical and non-technical audiencesProficient in Microsoft Excel, Python, SQL, or similar languages for data analysis and manipulation, and Tableau, Power BI or similar tool for visualizationStrong attention to detail and ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneouslyProblem solving and structured thinking
