o Experience in manufacturing/FA domain and skills matching the above technologies.

o Willing to learn Japanese and interested in Japanese work culture.

o Having good work attitude and experience in understanding customer business flows and needs.

o Willing to gain experience in startup and desire to learn.

o 2-3 years of experience in relevant skills is preferable.

o Willing to travel to Japan on business trips at least once or twice a year.

o Have good communication in Japanese and English.

Note: Candidate can work remotely anywhere from India. Have to work on Agile and report on daily basis.

Chance will be given to visit Japan once in a year and meet the team and participate in yearly meetings.
