About the Role:Join our forward-thinking IT team as a GenAI Developer, where you will be at the forefront of artificialintelligence and machine learning innovation. You will be responsible for designing, developing, anddeploying generative AI models and applications that enhance our product offerings and drive businesssuccess. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate AI solutions into our products and services,ensuring they meet high standards of quality and performance.

Key Roles & Responsibilities: Fluent in Generative AI (Gen AI), large language/vision models (LLM/LVM) NLP Experience in Prompt creation and custom Dataset creation for LLM/LVM Optimize existing generative AI models for improved performance, scalability, and efficiency Develop and maintain AI pipelines, including data preprocessing, feature extraction, modeltraining, and evaluation Strong proficiency in Python and experience with relevant libraries (NumPy, pandas, scikit-learn,etc.). Experience in Android / Web F/Ws is an advantage Understanding of relational database systems (MySQL/Postgres/MongoDB) Excellent coding, analytical and problem-solving skills. Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Google Cloud, Azure) for deploying machine learningmodels. Familiarity with MLOps practices and tools. Knowledge of data engineering and data pipeline development. Experience with version control systems (e.g., Git)

About You: Strong proficiency in Python programming. Experience with machine learning frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, or Keras. Proficiency in developing and implementing generative AI models, such as GANs, VAEs, ortransformers. Familiarity with data preprocessing and augmentation techniques. Experience with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Google Cloud, Azure) and their AI services. Understanding of version control systems (e.g., Git) and collaborative development workflows. Knowledge of containerization technologies like Docker. Familiarity with front-end technologies and integrating AI models into web applications is a plus. Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to analyze and interpret complex data sets. Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey technical conceptsto both technical and non-technical audiences.

 Proven ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment. A passion for staying up-to-date with the latest advancements in AI and a drive to continuouslyimprove and innovate.
