Responsibilities:You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, develop, implement, and maintain solutions that streamline business processes and optimize system performanceThis role requires a solid understanding of NetSuite functionality and configuration capabilities, along with technical expertise in customization, integration, and administrationCustomize and configure NetSuite ERP to align with business processes and requirementsCollaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements, propose solutions, and implement enhancementsManage system upgrades, patches, and integrations with third-party applicationsMonitor system performance, troubleshoot issues, and ensure data integrity and securityProvide technical support and guidance to end-users, including training and documentationStay current with NetSuite updates and industry best practices to recommend and implement system improvements

Experience of the right candidate:Proven experience as a NetSuite Developer/AdministratorExcellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate business requirements into technical solutionsSolid understanding of ERP principles and business processesA background in finance or accounting is a plusExperience with SAP is a plus
