This job is for you if… We are seeking a skilled Oracle NetSuite Developer and OpenAir Admin to join our team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience with Oracle NetSuite ERP and OpenAir PSA systems. They will be responsible for the development, implementation, and administration of these systems to support our business processes and enhance our operational efficiency. What we are looking for… Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Finance, or a related field.3+ years of experience with Oracle NetSuite development and administration.2+ years of experience with OpenAir administration.Proficiency in MuleSoft, SuiteScript, SuiteFlow, SuiteTalk, and REST APIs.Strong understanding of NetSuite ERP modules (e.g., Financials, Inventory, CRM).Experience with OpenAir PSA modules (e.g., Projects, Resources, Time & Expense).Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.Strong communication and interpersonal skills.Ability to work independently and as part of a team.Job Responsibilities… Oracle NetSuite Developer: Develop, customize, and maintain NetSuite applications.Create and manage custom scripts using SuiteScript (Suitelets, User Events, Scheduled Scripts, etc.).Design and implement workflows, saved searches, custom records, and fields.Integrate NetSuite with other business systems using MuleSoft and/or SuiteTalk and REST APIs.Perform regular system audits to ensure data integrity and compliance with best practices.Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to NetSuite.Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into technical solutions.Provide training and support to end-users.OpenAir Admin:Administer and configure the OpenAir Professional Services Automation (PSA) system.Customize OpenAir fields, forms, and reports to meet business needs.Manage OpenAir user roles, permissions, and security settings.Develop and maintain OpenAir reports and dashboards.Integrate OpenAir with other systems (e.g., NetSuite, Salesforce) to streamline business processes.Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to OpenAir.Provide training and support to OpenAir users.Stay updated with OpenAir releases and new features, ensuring optimal utilization.Integration and Testing:Integrate automation solutions with existing business applications and systems.Develop and execute test plans to ensure the quality and functionality of automation solutions.Troubleshoot and resolve issues identified during testing and in production.Collaboration and Communication: Work closely with IT and business teams to ensure alignment on project goals and deliverables.Provide training and support to end-users on automation tools and solutions.Communicate technical concepts and project status to non-technical stakeholders effectively.Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Finance, or a related field.3+ years of experience with Oracle NetSuite development and administration.2+ years of experience with OpenAir administration.Proficiency in MuleSoft, SuiteScript, SuiteFlow, SuiteTalk, and REST APIs.Strong understanding of NetSuite ERP modules (e.g., Financials, Inventory, CRM).Experience with OpenAir PSA modules (e.g., Projects, Resources, Time & Expense).Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.Strong communication and interpersonal skills.Ability to work independently and as part of a team.Preferred Qualifications:NetSuite Administrator or SuiteFoundation Certification.Experience with SuiteCloud Development Framework (SDF).Knowledge of JavaScript, SQL, and web technologies.Familiarity with project management methodologies and tools.Experience in the professional services industry.Core Competencies… Highly organized and detail orientedBroad technology background Passion for learning new technologiesWhat you'll get…A career with a company where you will be challenged, respected, and valued.
