Business Intelligence Developer

BI Developer - 3-Month Contract

Location: Remote

Hourly Rate: $60 to $70/hour

We are looking for a skilled BI Developer to join us on a 3-month contract basis, focusing on migrating our BI solutions from Tableau to Looker. This role is crucial in enhancing our data visualization capabilities and ensuring seamless transition to Looker for improved business insights.

Responsibilities:Collaborate with stakeholders to understand requirements for migrating reports and dashboards from Tableau to Looker.Design and develop LookML models and explore Looker functionalities to optimize data visualization and reporting.Ensure data accuracy and consistency during migration and post-implementation.Provide training and support to end users on navigating and utilizing Looker effectively.Document migration processes, best practices, and technical specifications.

Requirements:Proven experience in Business Intelligence development, with specific expertise in migrating BI solutions.Proficiency in Looker and experience with Tableau.Strong SQL skills and ability to work with complex datasets.Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.Detail-oriented with a focus on data accuracy and quality.

Preferred:Previous experience in migrating BI tools.Familiarity with ETL processes and data warehousing concepts.Ability to work independently and deliver results within tight timelines.
