This is a remote position. Preference given to candidates must be in located British Columbia or Alberta and must legally be allowed to work in Canada.
About the Role This role is a PowerApp/Power Automate developer and is expected to design and develop PowerApps and required Power Automate flows. The successful candidate must have strong experience with the following key services: PowerApps, PowerAutomate, SQL, Fabric Lake House, and REST APIs & web services.
Responsibilities Responsibilities include (but are not limited to): Interacting with clients and capturing functional and technical requirements related to PowerApp development.Creating application design documents including data mappings, architecture diagrams and UI wireframes.Developing and deploying PowerApp solutions including integration with GitHub. Developing PowerApp solutions in accordance with Microsoft best practices.
Skills & Qualifications 3+ years’ experience designing and developing PowerApp solutions.Excellent written skills to produce high quality technical documentation (e.g. design documents, requirements documents).Solid experience with PowerApps, PowerAutomate.Strong understanding of Web Services and REST API’s including developing and consuming these.Strong understanding of OAuth authentication protocol and how to implement in various data integration services.Strong understanding of Github and developing GitHub pipelines.
3-month part-time contract (50%) with possibility of extensions.
