Role Description:

Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced PostgreSQL Developer to join our team. As a PostgreSQL Developer, you will be responsible for designing, developing, testing, and maintaining databases and database applications using PostgreSQL. You will work closely with our team to ensure data integrity, performance, and security. Responsibilities: - Design, develop, and implement database schemas, tables, and relationships

Write efficient and optimized SQL queries, stored procedures, and functions Develop and maintain database applications using PostgreSQL Ensure data integrity, security, and performance Optimize database performance and troubleshoot issues Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate databases with applications Develop and maintain database documentation Stay up-to-date with new features and best practices in PostgreSQL Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field At least 3+ years of experience in PostgreSQL development Strong knowledge of database design principles and data modeling Expertise in SQL, PL/pgSQL, and PostgreSQL features Experience with database performance tuning and optimization Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail Excellent communication and teamwork skills Experience with version control systems like Git Familiarity with agile development methodologies Nice to Have: - Experience with other database management systems like MySQL, Oracle, or SQL Server Knowledge of programming languages like Python, Java, or C++ Experience with cloud platforms like AWS or Azure Certification in PostgreSQL or related field
