Shift-timings: Initially General (10.30am-7.30pm) but should open for partial US (4pm-1am) on business priority

Job Description:• Responsible for developing websites with high-end UI animations, and web interactions from Figma designs.• Responsible for adding creativity to the websites.• Optimize applications for maximum speed, scalability, SEO and responsiveness.• Develop and own a brand and consistently maintain the brand representation to the core.• Ensure implementations follow web standards, accessibility, and usability best practices.• Provide hands-on support with web development and maintenance as needed.• Open for learnings new CMS and Landing page integration tools. We will provide training for the same.

Technical Requirements:At least 2+ years of HTML/CSS development experience is required.Proficiency with HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, and jQuery.Experience using CSS tools and frameworks such as Bootstrap and Semantic UI.Working experience with GSAP animations would be advantage.Experience with Webflow would be advantage.Experience using Keyframes to code animations.Good knowledge of SEO principles and ensuring that the application follows them.Understanding of GIT code versioning.Knowledge of troubleshooting code and application is highly desirable.
