Job Overview:

We are seeking a skilled MES Developer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in manufacturing processes and information systems, specifically in the development, implementation, and maintenance of Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES). The MES Developer will be responsible for developing, and deploying MES solutions to improve production efficiency, quality, and data accuracy.This is a remote job, the candidate must be living in India.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop, test and implement MES applications specifically portal pages and designer in Camstar/Opcenter execution.- Collaborate with cross-functional internal teams to gather and analyze requirements.- Assist the functional consultants with requirement definition.- Integrate MES with other enterprise systems such as ERP, PLM, and SCADA.- Develop and maintain documentation including functional specifications, technical specifications, and user manuals.- Provide technical support and troubleshooting for MES applications and related systems.- Monitor and analyze MES system performance and recommend improvements.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or related field.- Experience in creating custom objects/services by following coding best practices.- Proficient in programming languages such as Java, C#, or .NET.- Experience with database management systems like SQL Server or Oracle.- Familiarity with manufacturing processes.- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Proven experience as an MES Developer or in a similar role in manufacturing environments.- Experience in creating custom objects/services using Camstar/Opcenter Execution core designer/any other MES software.- Strong knowledge of MES software such as Siemens Opcenter, Rockwell FactoryTalk, or similar.- Knowledge of Industry 4.0 and IIoT (Industrial Internet of Things) technologies.- Certification in MES or related fields.
