Job Description

Join our dynamic team as a Web Developer to enhance the accessibility of our web pages, ensuring they meet the highest standards and are fully accessible to all users, including those with disabilities. You will be tasked with fixing identified defects from audit reports, developing solutions to improve web accessibility, and collaborating closely with the QA team to validate fixes. This role plays a crucial part in making our services available to a global audience, significantly impacting users' lives by providing them with access to services they were previously unable to use.

Essential Skills

3+ years of experience in professional front-end, web, or mobile software developmentExtensive knowledge of Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG)Experience with Accessibility testing tools such as BrowserStack, Axe, and LighthouseExperience with assistive technologies such as VoiceOverProficient in agile development, peer code reviews, unit testing, and continuous deploymentSkilled in building scalable, distributed, front-end experiencesProficient with common front-end technologies such as HTML, CSS, JS, TypeScriptExperience with JavaScript libraries such as React
