Role Overview:We are seeking a talented Full Stack Developer with 3 to 5 years of experience to join our team on a contract basis for an initial 3-month period. This role offers the potential to transition into a full-time position based on performance. The ideal candidate will have experience in our tech stack and a strong background in system design.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and maintain web applications using React and Next.js.Design and implement backend services and APIs using Spring Boot.Manage and optimize databases with PostgresSQL.Build and enhance mobile applications using React Native.Work with Capacitor to convert code for iOS and Android platforms.Utilize Tailwind CSS for styling and ensure responsive design.Participate in system design and architecture discussions, ensuring scalable and efficient solutions.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality solutions.Participate in code reviews, provide constructive feedback, and ensure adherence to best practices.Requirements:

3 to 5 years of professional experience in full stack development.Proficiency in React and Next.js for front-end development.Strong experience with Spring Boot for backend development.Hands-on experience with PostgresSQL for database management.Practical experience with React Native for mobile application development.Familiarity with Capacitor for mobile code conversion and deployment.Knowledge of Tailwind CSS for styling and responsive design.Proven experience with system design and architecture.Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote work environment.Excellent communication skills and a collaborative mindset.Benefits:
