DETAILED REQUIREMENTS:We are looking for a contractor to update our Shopify Liquid theme Paper to a latest version (6.2 to 7.3) and modify or build a jar customizer personalization application. Customers would be able to create a Smucker jar label with a custom tagline, photo and select their flavour and our theme would be upgraded to the latest version.Shopify Liquid Code / Theme Development, Custom Shopify App Development (Extension), Strong Documentation and Effective Communication Skills, English Speaking, ability to multitask. NICE TO HAVE SKILLS:CPG Experience, Omni eCommerce experience, Java Script, HTML, CSS, Cloud SoftwareExperience / Engineering, ADA Knowledge and Best practices.DESCRIBE A DAY IN THE LIFE OF THIS ROLE: Developer will provide a technical approach, align with a Smucker Lead Developer on the approach and follow through to meet the requirements. We will have bi-weekly stand-up meetings to ensure the project is on schedule and be available for quick questions via teams calls to ensure work is able to progress smoothly. Agile workflow with solid documentation left upon completion of the project.Ensure our Shop.Smucker, Shop.cafeBustelo and Shop.Hostess websites are all updated on the latest theme with integrations built with minimal tech debt. Smucker and Jif custom jar maker are integrated with our systems to ensure labels are reviewed and printed efficiently. BUSINESS OBJECTIVE: Customers can create a Custom Sweet Pics Jar on our website, print the label in stores. Our theme is updated so modifications to the custom code will only need to occur quarterly.
