We are looking for an experienced Lead Full Stack Java Developer to take technical ownership, support J2EE applications with minimal oversight, and ensure that the product features and functionality are working as designed and performing efficiently.

Responsibilities
Support J2EE application(s) with minimal oversight and ensure that the product features & functionality are working as designed and performing efficientlyModernize the current (Struts/JSP applications) to Spring Boot and Angular, we expect this Engineer to take charge and provide guidanceTeam management, being independent in making decisionsUsing best practice in everyday project workProblem solving, openness to changes, clear communication with the team and the business
Requirements
Being a self-starter and having a proactive position is importantExpertise in critical analysis & troubleshootingThe client needs active work with the necessary technologies no more than a year agoMore than five years of experience in software design, development, and testing skillsMore than three years of leading team experience in software developmentStrong Java development skillsWorking knowledge of the Spring frameworkProficiency in Stored procedures (MSSQL)Prior experience modernizing Java applications (specifically Struts/JSP apps) to Spring Boot and Angular 14.2.1Ability to understand the business domain and match it with the technical implementationExcellent written and verbal communication skills, with fluent English at a B2+ level
Nice to have
Familiarity with RETS (Real Estate Transaction Standard) dataset (real estate industry dataset)Experience with Google Cloud Platform and Spring Kafka
