Proficiency in Apex and Health Cloud Data Models: Strong understanding and hands-on experience with Apex programming and familiarity with the specific data models and objects used in Salesforce Health Cloud, such as Patient, Care Plan, and Clinical Data Models. Salesforce Lightning Component Framework and Health Cloud Features: Knowledge of building dynamic web applications using the Salesforce Lightning Component Framework, with specific experience in utilizing Health Cloud components like care coordination and patient management features. Health Cloud Data Management and Security: Expertise in managing sensitive healthcare data within Health Cloud, including designing and implementing compliant data models, understanding Health Cloud-specific SOQL/SOSL queries, and ensuring adherence to healthcare regulations like HIPAA. Integration with Healthcare Systems: Experience with integrating Salesforce Health Cloud with Electronic Health Records (EHR) systems and other healthcare IT solutions using APIs (FHIR/HL7), middleware solutions, and tools like MuleSoft, ensuring seamless data flow and interoperability between Health Cloud and external healthcare systems. Salesforce Administration and Configuration: Solid understanding of general Salesforce administration, including configuring standard and custom objects, workflows, validation rules, and permission sets, as well as managing user roles and profiles to tailor the Salesforce Health Cloud environment to meet specific organizational needs. They have an Enterprise Architect aligns at the capability level, but he also has zero Salesforce expereince. They need someone who can: - help them introduce some of the design work within Salesforce, - implement simple code patterns and processes for deployments, - do the work for the care navigation projects - help educate folks on the right way to be doing this. Expectation of this person is actively doing and implementing, not just designing. They will need to take tickets initially, but then have this person help us to establish their Salesforce engineering practice. They have folks internal that are Engineers, internal groups more focused on the Sales Cloud side. They are forming a scrum team to work as a team, one is a Product Owner and then another person who actually leads the clinicians that use it, which is where a lot of the requirements are coming in.
