Overview: We are seeking a skilled Pick Basic Programmer/Developer to join our IT team. The ideal candidate will have experience in developing applications using Pick basic in a Multi-Value database environment. You will work closely with our development team to enhance existing systems, design and implement new features, and troubleshoot issues within our database-driven applications.

Responsibilities:Develop and maintain applications using Pick Basic programming language.Design and implement software enhancements and new features based on user requirements.Troubleshoot and debug issues within existing applications.Optimize application performance and ensure scalability.Collaborate with other team members and stakeholders to gather requirements and define project goals.Provide technical support and guidance to end-users.

Requirements:Proficiency in Pick Basic programming language.Experience with Multi-Value databases (e.g., Pick Operating System, Uni-Verse, Uni-Data).Strong understanding of database structures and design principles.Familiarity with software development lifecycle and agile methodologies.Ability to work independently and as part of a team.Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.Effective communication skills, both verbal and written.Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field (preferred).

Nice to Have:Knowledge of other programming languages (e.g., Python, Java).Experience with web development frameworks and technologies.Certification in Pick/BASIC or related technologies.
