Hands-on experience with web UI development technologies that include HTML, CSS, and AJAXExperience with ServiceNow platform upgrades, portals, and management of update sets.Agile methodologies, scrum participation and working in global team environments.Positive attitude, Logical thinker with good analytical and problem-solving skills.Excellent written and verbal communication skills possessing the ability to translate complex concepts into simplified explanations.
