Key responsibilities:Deliver the build for set up and configuration required to meet the requirements.Configure and deliver the Enablon solutions.Analyze issues and deliver fixes.Create and maintain documentation.Create training materials and deliver onsite or remote training to the customers.Share best practice recommendations with customers, ensuring an optimal use of the software.
Qualifications:
Education:Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems and Technologies, Software Engineering
Technical skills:2-5 years of experience implementing EnablonProficient in a project methodology and understanding of the different project's environments such as DEV, QA, UAT, ProductionExperience leading EHS software implementations, including design workshops, development, testing, data migration and post-go-live support.Knowledge of at least one programming language (EX. Java, Python, C#) along with HTML and SQL.A good understanding of web technologies and knowledge of database concepts would be a considerable plus.
Configuration expertise in Enablon:Experience configuring Enablon Shared Functions including Organizational Axes (e.g. First Axis); Users and Company Directory; Shared Resources (e.g. Locations), and Platform settingsExperience with common Enablon v9 applications such as Air Quality, Metrics, Action Plans, Scenario and Event entry formsExperience using Enablon NABSIC in expressions and functions.Extensive experience with Enablon Builder and a deep understanding of platform configuration including forms, fields, formatting expressions, calculated expressions, and field sets; views; aliases; workflows; access rights and advanced rights management, and consultant-layer rulesA deep understanding of security settings and structure including functional groups, permission groups, and application securityExperience with solution migration via ENX and data importsFamiliarity with the Enablon BLINK/REST ODATA API for reportingFamiliarity with Enablon SOAP and REST web service APIs for system integrationsFamiliarity with the Enablon mobile applicationSoft skills:Strong problem-solving skillsExcellent client-facing skillsExcellent written and verbal communication skillsStrong analytical skills, including a thorough understanding to interpret customer business needs and translate them into application and operational requirements.Fluent in English and Russian is required
