We are looking for a full-stack Senior Software Engineer for Techjays. You will report to the CTO. The ideal candidate should be a Laravel expert and Vue.js enthusiast who enjoys designing and building high-quality applications. You should be a great communicator with terrific follow-through, able to optimize workflows and document changes concisely.

Experience: 4- 5 years

Primary Skills: Laravel 9.x+ framework, (Vue.js 2 or other js, Angular OR React) MySQL

Roles and Responsibilities

Help develop and expand exceptional frontend and backend applications Contribute to all aspects of the software process: including architecture, specification reviews, testing, implementation, code reviews, debugging, and documentationResponsible for software testing (PHP Unit, Unit, E2E)Work with the team to implement core features across our customers’ experiencesAnalyze and troubleshoot complex problems in a timely and accurate manner

Qualifications

BS/MS degree or equivalent in Computer Science or equivalent work experience Minimum 4 years experience working as a Laravel/PHP Developer3+ years of full-stack development experience using Laravel 9.x+ framework and Vue.js 2 (or other js, e.g. Angular or React)ML/AI experience preferredStrong REST API development experienceFamiliarity with database technology such as MySQLAdvanced knowledge in HTML, CSS, JavaScriptExcellent verbal communication skillsAttention to pixel-perfect detailPrior experience working remotely preferred Candidates must be authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship
