Power BI Developer

Job Location - BangaloreWork Model- Remote at present

Level: Intermediate to Senior (5+ years development experience)Job Requirements: § Bachelor's degree in computer science or related field§ 5+ years of hands-on experience in Business Intelligence.§ Strong SQL Skills.§ Expertise in Data Warehouse, ETL and Report design and development§ Experience in production environment management, deployment techniques & processes.§ Experience with data visualization tools, preferably Power BI§ Proficiency in writing Complex SQL Queries§ Has prior DataOps experience§ Ability to solve real-world business problems by designing and building queries sourced from OLAP, writing queries, and designing reports using various toolsets§ Perform analysis, design, development, validation and implementation of reports.§ Ability to analyze data issues within reports.§ Excellent communication & active listening skills in English§ Autonomous & proactive, Team player§ Ability to adapt and show resilience in challenging situations§ Attentive to detail and committed to delivering high-quality work on time Responsibilities:§ Developing data models in Snowflake.§ Debug extensive SQL code.§ Design, develop, and maintain Power BI dashboards and reports that provide actionable insights.§ Optimize and maintain existing Power BI reports and datasets.§ Understand and apply design patterns, object-oriented programming, and data structures.§ Ensure security implementation, manage large data volumes, and oversee data migration.§ Manage & improve existing Snowflake infrastructure & future evolutions of the data systems architecture§ Coordinates with Business Analysts and stakeholders to develop and define business requirements and specifications documents for defined problems & business objectives§ Adhere to Agile Scrum, Waterfall, and Kanban methodologies.§ Document solutions and processesPls share your updated CV, CTC, ECTC, Location & Notice Period/ LWD @ monika.yadav@ness.com
