Role descriptionThis is a full-time remote position for a front-end developer at Cargofive. You will join a highly motivated team of developers and play a crucial role in evolving and enhancing our rate comparison tool, while also improving the overall user experience of our platform. You will collaborate closely with our backend team to integrate and develop APIs, ensuring seamless functionality and performance.

Key Responsibilities: Design, develop, and maintain scalable and high-quality software solutionsCollaborate closely with the backend team to integrate and develop APIs, ensuring cohesive functionalityImplement efficient application state management, ensuring smooth data flow and effective state handlingWrite and maintain unit tests to ensure the quality of the software Create comprehensive documentation according to standards, including both functional and architectural aspects Deliver tasks within the estimated timelinesOptimize application performance Validate overall code quality, ensuring it is cross-platform, reusable, testable, and adheres to best practices

Required experience: At least 4 years of experience as a developerStrong experience with Javascript and TypescriptExperience with Vuejs or ReactExperience working with CSS and frameworks such as Tailwind CSS Experience with responsive designExperience writing unit testsExperience with agile methodologiesDemonstrable experience building scalable and high-quality softwareProficient level of spoken and written English

Nice-to-HaveExperience developing with NuxtExperience developing with state managers such as Vuex or Pinia Experience with FigmaFamiliarity with DockerKnowledge about API RestStartup experience is a plus
