Job Description• Minimum 2-3 experience in Copado DevOps, overall experience should not be less than 5 years• Candidate should have Salesforce admin expertise• Implement and maintain Copado-based CI/CD processes to enable efficient and reliable Salesforce deployments.• Troubleshoot deployment issues and ensure seamless transitions from development to production environments.• Manage and optimize Salesforce environments, including sandboxes, to support parallel development and testing.• Collaborate closely with Salesforce development teams to enforce DevOps best practices and improve overall delivery velocity.• Automate testing processes using Copado Test, including Apex tests, manual test scripts, and Selenium-based UI tests.• Ensure compliance and governance, defining and enforcing policies across the development lifecycle.• Monitor Salesforce application health and release metrics, providing visibility and insights to stakeholders.• Continuously optimize the DevOps toolchain and processes to enhance productivity and reduce operational overhead.
