Role DescriptionThis is a full-time remote role for a Cleared ServiceNow Developer as part of a services engineering team for federal agency customers. The role involves day-to-day tasks related to ServiceNow development, customization, integration, and implementation to meet client needs. The Cleared ServiceNow Developer will contribute to projects aimed at enhancing IT service management and business process efficiencies.

RequirementsU.S. citizenActive Secret level security clearance (TSC preferred)ServiceNow ITOM development experience with CMDB expertise (certification preferred) and/or ServiceNow ITSM development experience (certification preferred)Software development expertise in JavaScript and PythonKnowledge of OOP and unit testable code design

QualificationsBachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or related disciplineProficiency in design, implementation and customization of ServiceNow applications/modules such as Incident Management, Change Management, Service Catalog, and Configuration ManagementExperience with IT service management processes and workflowsKnowledge of Agile methodologies and best practices in software developmentStrong problem-solving skills and attention to detailExcellent communication and collaboration skills
