Position Summary:We are seeking a skilled and motivated Mid-Level React and C# Developer to join our development team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in both front-end and back-end technologies, with a focus on React.js and C#. You will be responsible for developing, maintaining, and enhancing web applications, ensuring high performance and responsiveness to requests from the front-end.

Key Responsibilities:Develop and maintain web applications using React.js for front-end and C# for back-end.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features.Ensure the best possible performance, quality, and responsiveness of applications.Identify and correct bottlenecks and fix bugs.Help maintain code quality, organization, and automation.Write clean, scalable, and maintainable code.Participate in code reviews and provide constructive feedback.Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies.Collaborate with our vendor's developers in Pune India.Should be able to work with our USA based team in Central Time Zone.Should be available for meetings around 9 am CST.Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.3-5 years of professional experience in software development.Strong proficiency in React.js and its core principles.Solid understanding of C# and .NET framework.Experience with RESTful APIs and web services.Proficient understanding of code versioning tools, such as Git.Familiarity with database technologies, particularly SQL Server.Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.Excellent communication and teamwork skills.Ability to work independently and as part of a team.Preferred Qualifications:Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS or Azure.Knowledge of DevOps practices and CI/CD pipelines.Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies.Experience with other front-end technologies like TypeScript or Redux.What We Offer:Competitive salary and benefits package.Opportunity to work with a dynamic and collaborative team.Career growth and development opportunities.
