Backend Development:Develop robust and scalable server-side applications using Nest.js and TypeScript.Design and implement efficient APIs and microservices to support client applications and integrations.Optimize database queries and schema for performance using technologies like PostgreSQL or MongoDB.2. Authentication and Authorization:Implement authentication and authorization mechanisms, including JWT, OAuth, or industry-standard methods.3. Collaboration and Integration:Collaborate with frontend developers to define and implement API contracts for seamless integration.4. Security and Data Protection:Implement data validation, sanitization, and security measures to protect against web vulnerabilities.5. Code Quality and Testing:Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code following best practices and design patterns.Implement automated testing, including unit tests, integration tests, and end-to-end tests using tools like Jest.6. Performance Monitoring and Troubleshooting:Monitor application performance, analyze logs, and troubleshoot issues for high availability and reliability.7. Technology Evaluation:Continuously research and evaluate new technologies and frameworks to improve system architecture and development processes.8. Collaboration and Mentorship:Collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to gather and refine technical requirements.Mentor junior developers and conduct code reviews to maintain code quality.

Requirements:

1. Technical Expertise:Proven expertise in TypeScript and JavaScript.Strong proficiency in Nest.js and its core concepts.In-depth knowledge of RESTful API design principles.2. Database and Security:Experience with database systems, including relational and NoSQL databases.Proficiency in implementing authentication and authorization mechanisms, including JWT and OAuth.3. Code Quality and Testing:Solid understanding of software design patterns and clean code principles.Proficiency in writing unit tests and integration tests using frameworks like Jest.4. Tools and Collaboration:Familiarity with version control systems, especially Git and GitHub.Excellent communication and collaboration skills.5. Optional Skills (Advantageous):Experience with GraphQL and its implementation.Familiarity with containerization and orchestration tools like Docker and Kubernetes.Knowledge of caching strategies and tools like Redis.6. Experience:Previous experience with SaaS or cloud-based software development is a plus.
