Looking for a Developer for a Financial Services Company

7+ years of relevant experience working with databases like Oracle, SQL and Postgres with specialized experience on development and Data modelling for highly complex applications.Experience in strategizing & implementing, large database development and modeling and using scripts & data migration /transformation tools.Design solutions to migrate data across different databases.Excellent speaking-listening-writing skills, attention to details, proactive self-starter.Implement and maintain PostgreSQL database code in the form of stored procedures, scripts, queries, views, triggers, etc.Implement effective and maintainable database coding practices that form an architectural foundation.Participate as a member in Agile teams, and work with other team members to review user stories, estimate effort to build functionality supporting user stories, and participate in sprint reviews.Analyze existing SQL query and PLPG/SQL code for performance improvements.Develop functions, PL/SQL statements and stored procedures PostgreSQL to maintain business logic.Design relational logical data models and their physical schema design.Investigates, troubleshoots, and corrects data and user related system errors and ensures data integrity.Broad and deep knowledge on PostgreSQL and other database development.Strong understanding of performance analysis, QUERY tuning and optimizationUnderstating of users, privileges, securities, backup and restore.

Note: This is a critical demand, and there will be client interview, and expectation would be resource to support in a shift up to 10:30PM IST."

Location - Remote for now (Chennai, Hyderabad, Pune preferred for future)
