About the Role:We are seeking a highly skilled Freelance IBM Master Data Management (MDM) Specialist to join our team in the banking sector, based in Sweden or Poland. This role requires you to work closely with our Scrum team and ART members, ensuring the development of our product meets the agreed requirements and standards. Your expertise will be vital in refining requirements, defining user stories, and tasks, as well as sharing knowledge and resolving issues.

Key Responsibilities:Product Development: Develop the product according to agreed requirements and standards.Collaboration: Work closely with the Scrum team and ART members for issue resolution and knowledge sharing.Requirement Refinement: Actively participate in refining requirements, defining user stories, and tasks using best practices.Requirements:Experience: 5+ years of experience in designing and developing IBM MDM solutions.Technical Skills:Proficient in IBM MDM product.Strong experience with Java, PLSQL, CSS, and SQL.Competent in Java Webservices.Advanced skills in Excel.Core Data Management: Sound understanding of master core data management concepts, including deduplication.

Technology Stack:Primary: IBM MDM product, JavaTools: Jira, Confluence
