Contract position for 12+ month; contract can be extended; C2H is possible. REMOTE WORK -- BUT candidates who are either local -OR- can relocate to work on site ( hybrid work schedule ) to : Pittsburgh PA, Cleveland OH, Birmingham AL, Dallas TX, Phoenix AZ -OR- to: Cincinnati OH, Dayton OH, Chicago IL, Kansas City MO, Philadelphia PA, Columbus OH, Little Rock AR, Jacksonville FL will be given first preference.

Conversational AI Developer

Part of the Fraud Technology Agile Team working on the new Omni-Channel Communication (OCH) Hub project. This initiative will enhance customer communication for various transactions and account-related activities (money movement transactions, new account onboarding , account status and account changes) across multiple Lines of Business (LOBs) including Retail, Lending, Small Business Banking, Corporate and Institutional Banking (C&IB), Corporate Communications/Marketing, and Legal. Team maintains and enhances systems that scan bank transactions for fraudulent behavior and communicate bank event activity to customers. Project aims to improve timely alerts for customers, provide a holistic view of communications for operational analysts, enhance communication systems for various bank departments and customers. Design and implement conversational interfaces. Work with Robotic Process Automation (RPA) based solutions Facilitate testing, release, and production implementation Participate in Agile ceremonies and collaborate with cross-functional team members Interpret and implement user stories

Skills And Experience

Conversational design capabilities Experience with Kore.ai or other Virtual Assistant (VA) platforms Experience with RPA (Robotic Process Automation) solutions (e.g., Automation Anywhere or similar) Proficiency in Agile methodologies Strong collaboration skills for working with Product Owners, Scrum Masters, Business Systems Analysts, and other Software Engineers User story interpretation and implementation skills
