Java Backend Developer

Roles and ResponsibilitiesHandling and troubleshooting day-to-day operations. Identifying problems or known errors and doing RCAs.Promotes and supports company policies, procedures, mission, values, and standards of ethics and integrity;Assist the front-end engineers with JSP/JSTL, Javascript, and AJAX.Research, compare, experiment with, and integrate new services and frameworks.Partner with various departments for specifications, use cases, iterations, testing, training, and client feedback implementation.Develops innovation strategies, processes, and best practices.Write quality backend code primarily in Java, Spring, and Hibernate. Required Experience/Skills6 years of experience in Java and open-source technologies.Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a closely related field.Strong experience in the areas of Java 8, J2EE, React JS, Vert. X, RDBMS, Spring Boot, Microservice architecture, and Agile experience.Experience working with code-building tools and on source repositories.Hands-on experience with development tools and testing frameworks.Knowledge in Agile methodology.Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams, including developers, business analysts, and quality assurance professionals.
