Lead Developer - .NET, Frontend, Project Management, and Product Development

Campus Axess, LLC is seeking a dynamic and experienced Lead Developer to join our fully online team. This role is crucial in driving our projects forward, ensuring the successful delivery of high-quality software solutions, and overseeing product development.

Responsibilities:Lead and manage a team of developers in a fully remote environment, ensuring projects are completed on time and within scope.Oversee product development, from concept to launch, ensuring alignment with business objectives and user needs.Guide and support developers in the development and maintenance of web applications using .NET technologies.Provide direction and support for frontend development solutions using JavaScript, and VueJS.Coordinate and oversee the entire software development lifecycle, from planning and design to implementation and deployment.Mentor and guide team members, fostering an environment of continuous learning and improvement.Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements, define project scope, and deliver effective solutions.Understand and apply general business rules to ensure products meet market and organizational needs.Monitor and manage project progress, addressing any issues or roadblocks promptly.Ensure adherence to best practices, coding standards, and quality assurance processes.Requirements:Extensive experience in .NET programming.Proficiency in frontend development using JavaScript, preferably with VueJS.Proven track record of successfully managing and leading development teams.Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.Experience in product development, with a focus on aligning products with business goals.Understanding of general business rules and how they apply to product development and project management.Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal.Creative thinking and a dynamic mindset, with the ability to adapt to new challenges and drive innovative solutions.Problem-solving mindset with the ability to think critically and strategically.Comfortable working in a fully online environment, with strong self-management and remote collaboration skills.Preferred Qualifications:Experience combining multiple technologies and integration methods to accelerate development and enhance product functionality.Familiarity with agile methodologies and tools.Background in working with cross-functional teams and diverse projects.Benefits:Competitive salary.Opportunity to work on innovative projects.Supportive and collaborative work environment.Professional growth and development opportunities.Flexibility of a fully remote position.
