Senior React Developer

Job Summary:We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior React Developer to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining complex web applications using React, as well as collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration and deployment of features. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of React fundamentals, including JSX, state management, and event handling, as well as experience with React hooks, context API, and React Router. They will also be familiar with JavaScript and ES6 syntax, HTML, CSS, and CSS preprocessors, and have a solid understanding of responsive web design and accessibility principles.

Requirements: Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Salesforce Business Analyst or a related role.Deep understanding of all CRM-related technologies, including Salesforce, and experience in developing use cases and defining technical requirements.Experience in supporting a variety of software development projects related to Salesforce Instance.Ability to collaborate with cross-functional business units, customer stakeholders, and compliance teams to identify optimal solutions to solve for business opportunities.Ability to synthesize inputs from multiple sources and translate those into clearly articulated and usable technical requirements for the bank's technical resources.Ability to work autonomously, build consensus when there are differing opinions, and drive projects forward to meet key milestone dates.Experience in acting as an intermediary between the business areas and technology teams.Ability to quickly identify blockers, requirement gaps, and other constraints, as well as help lead the team to overcome these impediments, which will often require outside of the box thinking.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with stakeholders at all levels of the organization.Salesforce certifications such as Salesforce Administrator, Salesforce Advanced Administrator, or Salesforce Developer are a plus.

Roles and Responsibilities:Design, develop, and maintain complex web applications using React, ensuring high-quality code and adherence to best practices.Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including designers, product managers, and other developers, to ensure seamless integration and deployment of features.Develop and implement responsive web design and accessibility principles to ensure a seamless user experience across various devices and browsers.Stay up-to-date with the latest React and JavaScript trends, and apply this knowledge to improve existing code and develop new features.Utilize testing frameworks (e.g., Jest, Enzyme) and debugging tools (e.g., React DevTools) to ensure high-quality code and identify and resolve issues efficiently.Participate in code reviews and provide constructive feedback to improve the overall quality of the codebase.Collaborate with the team to identify and prioritize technical tasks and projects, and contribute to the development of technical roadmaps and strategies.Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior developers and contribute to the growth and development of the team.
