Fullstack Developer/ Project Manager (m/f/d)

We are an IT service provider with more than 35 years of experience in the German market and 5 years in Hungary. Our services are mainly individual solutions and services with which we work on projects for our customers in Germany and internationally. We are looking for someone to help us build a team in Spain. This position is perfect for experienced project managers and young leaders who want to grow with us.

As a technical lead, you will have the opportunity to lead and develop a team in Spain. You will be responsible for project management, supervision of staff and coordination with other departments. In addition, you will have the chance to work in an international environment and collaborate with other teams in Europe.

Our work culture is hybrid, meaning you can work from anywhere. The training takes place in our office in Germany. Afterwards we offer you the possibility to work 100% remotely from Spain. We would be pleased if you visit us from time to time in our office in Brunswick.

Apart from German we speak a lot of English at BREDEX, but don't worry if you are not a native speaker, neither are we! In addition, we offer English courses to improve your knowledge and you also have the possibility to learn German.

Your Tasks

Support in site development in Spain Development of software and IT solutions according to agile methods Project experience in some of the following areas: Tech-Stack Front-end: TypeScript/JavaScript, Angular, React or Vue.js Backend: Java, Spring Boot, RESTful API Databases: SQL or NoSQL Cloud Services: AWS Recruiting and team building Management and coordination tasks Project management and controlling of Software Development projects

Your Profile

At least four years of practical experience in software development Experience in the field of IT services Leadership experience as project manager or technical lead Willingness to shape the organisation and ability to make decisions Interest in taking on responsibility Customer and employee orientation Good organisational skills Fluent english skills and the willingness to learn german
