Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Pega Developer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have at least 4 years of hands-on experience with Pega, demonstrating expertise in designing and implementing robust Pega applications.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and develop Pega applications to meet business requirements.- Collaborate with business analysts and stakeholders to understand and translate requirements into functional solutions.- Customize and configure Pega applications to enhance system performance and functionality.- Participate in the full software development lifecycle, including design, coding, testing, and deployment.- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Pega applications.- Maintain and optimize existing Pega solutions to ensure high performance and scalability.- Ensure adherence to best practices and coding standards in Pega development.- Provide technical guidance and support to junior developers and team members.

Required Skills:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.- 4+ years of experience in Pega development.- Proficiency in Pega PRPC and Pega BPM.- Strong understanding of Pega frameworks and tools.- Experience with Pega case management and workflows.- Knowledge of Java, J2EE, and database management.- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.- Strong communication and teamwork abilities.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Pega CSSA (Certified Senior System Architect) or higher certification.- Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies.- Familiarity with web technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript).
