Role OverviewWe are seeking a talented and passionate Game Developer to join us as a Co-Founder. As an unpaid position, this role requires someone who is dedicated, driven, and willing to contribute their skills and expertise in exchange for equity in the company. You will be involved in every stage of game development, from concept to launch, and will play a pivotal role in shaping the studio's future.
Key ResponsibilitiesGame Development: Design, develop, and implement game mechanics, features, and systems using industry-standard tools and technologies.Collaboration: Work closely with other co-founders and team members to brainstorm, plan, and execute game development projects.Prototyping: Create prototypes and demos to test and refine game concepts and mechanics.Quality Assurance: Conduct testing and debugging to ensure high-quality game performance and player experience.Documentation: Maintain comprehensive documentation of game designs, systems, and code for internal use and future reference.Innovation: Stay updated with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices to drive innovation in our games.Community Engagement: Participate in community-building activities, including engaging with players and promoting the studio's projects.
