We are seeking a Senior Salesforce Developer to join our remote team.

In this role, you will be responsible for developing and implementing solutions on the Salesforce platform. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to design, develop, and deploy customized solutions that meet business needs. Responsibilities

Design and develop customized solutions on the Salesforce platform to meet business needsCollaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and design solutions that align with business needsWrite and maintain clean, efficient, and well-documented codePerform unit testing and resolve defects to ensure high-quality deliverablesDevelop and maintain technical documentationParticipate in code reviews and ensure compliance with coding standardsProvide technical guidance and mentorship to junior developersStay up to date with the latest Salesforce development trends, best practices, and featuresCollaborate with QA and UAT teams to ensure successful testing and deployment of solutionsContribute to the continuous improvement of development processes and methodologies

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or a related fieldMinimum of 3 years of experience in Salesforce software development with a proven track record of delivering high-quality solutionsExpertise in Salesforce Aura Components, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and Apex developmentKnowledge of Salesforce Query and Search Language (SoQL and SoSL)Extensive experience in Salesforce development, including integration with external systems, and testing in SalesforceExperience with Agile development methodologies and tools like JIRA for project managementExpertise in Salesforce development best practices, including code reviews and version controlExcellent communication skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholdersAbility to work independently and prioritize tasks to meet project deadlinesHighly proficient in English (B2+ level) to ensure clear and effective communication with teams and stakeholders

Salesforce Platform Developer II certificationExperience with Salesforce Community Cloud and Service Cloud solutionsFamiliarity with Salesforce Einstein AnalyticsKnowledge of Salesforce Shield and Platform EncryptionFamiliarity with CI/CD tools like Jenkins and GitLab
