ResponsibilitiesWe are seeking a Lead Full Stack Developer who can completely own the entire development lifecycle – from scope and project requirement planning, development and delegation, QA to deployment. You will be working closely with cross-functional teams consisting of product owners, back-end and front-end developers. The ideal candidate will take on and deliver complex tasks, perform code reviews and help level up junior developers, and maintain the integrity of our code quality.

Minimum QualificationsExpert knowledge in Laravel with a deep understanding of event-driven architecture – queues (pub/sub), CQRS, micro-services, etc.Knowledgeable with relational and KV databases – MySQL & RedisDeep understanding of React.js (SPA), HTML, and CSSExperience with containerization – Docker, Kubernetes, etc.Cloud experience with AWS/GCP – Cloud Storage (S3/Minio), K8sExcellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholdersPreferred QualificationsBachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering or Related field; otherwise minimum of 6 years of working experience with above technologiesFamiliarity with the cannabis industry regulations and compliance requirements is a plusDesign chops – as the full-stack lead, delivering and ensuring cross-device beautiful UI/UX is ideal – you will still be working alongside a designerCoding ChallengeTo be considered for this position, you will be required to complete a technical assessment as part of the interview process.

CompensationThe base pay for this role is between $75,000 and $144,000.
