A Public Sector client of ours is looking for an AASHTOWare Project Active Reports Developer and Data Analytics Technical Specialist to work on their ongoing project in the Raleigh, NC office.

Required Skills:

We need a minimum of 3+ years of hands-on experience in the following.

General knowledge of certified payroll processes in a construction contractor or sub-contractor contextGeneral knowledge of Transportation construction, bidding/letting, certified payroll, & Disadvantaged Business Enterprise (DBE) reportsGeneral knowledge of certified payroll processes in a construction contractor or sub-contractor contextGeneral knowledge of software development methodology, enterprise systems and industry or professional standardsExperience with writing technical documentationExcellent written and verbal communications - easily understands and is easily understood by others in highly collaborative, fast-paced teamsExperience with using SQL for querying databases, analyzing data and exporting/reporting out resultsExperience using XML, especially in the context of modifying application user interfaces and editing exported system filesExperience with supporting product changes/change managementExperience with identifying, documenting, troubleshooting, validating, and resolving customer and system issuesExperience reviewing/analyzing software technical specifications and identifying relevant support informationExperience creating data visualizations using MS Power BI DAX, including experience using DAX programming language to clean & prep dataSoftware Experience using Azure DevOps as part of an Agile teamExperience with collaborative prototyping & demo for new solutions
