Their mission is to provide a top-notch enterprise-grade product that simplifies the adoption of our technology for diverse data teams, from Fortune 500 companies to startups.

About this Role:In this role, you'll be at the forefront of enhancing the experience of managing our tool at scale. You will focus on developing an intuitive onboarding process and self-service tools that will significantly impact user satisfaction and platform scalability. Collaboration with our applications and product teams will be crucial as you work on features that elevate the overall user experience.

What You Will Do:Design and implement the frontend of the onboarding process and developer tools.Work closely with frontend developers, API engineers, and product managers to understand user needs and iteratively build features.Continuously evaluate and improve user experiences to ensure high satisfaction.

What You Bring:2-3 years of professional Software Engineering ExperienceStrong proficiency in React, TypeScript, and CSS.In-depth experience with testing frameworks.Excellent communication skills for articulating ideas and strategies.Solid understanding of and experience with integrating RESTful APIs.Familiarity with software development best practices, including code reviews, testing, CI/CD, version control, automation, and debugging.Ability to adapt to rapid development changes while maintaining focus on long-term goals.Design intuition and user empathy.Collaborative mindset and a desire to support and grow with your team.

Bonus Points If You Have:Experience building developer tooling.Experience working on SaaS products.
