Responsibilities: Act as Lead Developer, with Design and Architecture capabilityImplement software solutions utilising Symfony.Ensure comprehensive testing of all code and adherence to development standards.Identify and rectify technical debt within the codebase.Maintain and improve the proprietary technology platform.Collaborate within a team to deliver digital solutions for web and mobile platforms.Translate high-level requirements into executable software designs.Engage with stakeholders to manage priorities and timelines effectively.

Requirements:Demonstrable, extensive experience in Symfony for a minimum of 5+ years is mandatory;Profound understanding of OOP, design patterns, and SOLID principles.Experience with MySQL or similar relational databases.Familiarity with Git, HTML, CSS, and proficiency in code versioning.Ability to work autonomously and collaboratively within a team.Knowledge of Scrum/Agile methodology is advantageous.Proficiency in Debian is required for project involvement.Basic experience with AWS services (EC2, Load Balancers).
