ResponsibilitiesWe are seeking a Frontend React Developer who can completely own the entire development lifecycle – from scope and project requirement planning, development and delegation, QA to deployment. You will be working closely with cross-functional teams consisting of product owners, back-end and front-end developers. The ideal candidate will take on and deliver complex tasks, perform code reviews and maintain the integrity of our code quality.

Minimum QualificationsExpert in React (SPA)Expert knowledge with state management systems – redux, sagas, RTKExpert in HTML, CSS and various UI frameworks (Material UI, etc)Understands React performance – knows when and why a component would render & re-renderExcellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholdersProject management & organizational skillsPassion with staying up to date with latest technologies – React bundlers, meta-frameworks, etc

Preferred QualificationsBachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering or Related field; otherwise minimum of 6 years of working experience with above technologiesFamiliarity with the cannabis industry regulations and compliance requirements is a plusDesign chops – delivering and ensuring cross-device beautiful UI/UX is a must; however you will still be working alongside a designerBackend knowledge in Laravel/PHPExperience with containerization – Docker, Kubernetes, etc.Cloud experience with AWS/GCP – Cloud Storage (S3/Minio), K8s

Coding ChallengeTo be considered for this position, you will be required to complete a technical assessment as part of the interview process.

CompensationThe base pay for this role is between $75,000 and $110,000.
