As a Backend Developer, you will be responsible for building and maintaining the server-side logic and databases that power our applications.Key Responsibilities:Develop and maintain server-side logic and databases.Design and implement APIs to support front-end functionality.Optimize applications for maximum speed and scalability.Collaborate with front-end developers to integrate user-facing elements with server-side logic.Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code.Perform code reviews and provide constructive feedback.Troubleshoot and debug applications.Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies.Participate in team meetings and contribute to project planning and decision-making.Requirements:Basic understanding of server-side languages such as Python, Java, Node.js, or Ruby.Familiarity with databases such as MySQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB, or other relational and NoSQL databases.Understanding of RESTful APIs and web services.Knowledge of version control systems (e.g., Git).Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.Good communication and teamwork skills.Ability to learn and adapt quickly in a fast-paced environment.Preferred Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.Internship or project experience in backend development.Familiarity with cloud services such as AWS, Google Cloud, or Azure.Understanding of containerization and orchestration tools like Docker and Kubernetes.Basic knowledge of security best practices in web development.
