Who You Are (Experience & Skills)

Technical skills:

Proficiency in Flutter framework with strong experience in mobile application development.Broad experience in writing and maintaining Flutter applications, with a particular focus on efficiency optimization and code reuse.Solid knowledge of Bluetooth Low Energy (BLE) protocols and hands-on experience in connecting mobile applications to BLE devices.Good knowledge of mobile programming languages, such as Dart, and a good understanding of native iOS and Android programming.Knowledge of state management solutions in Flutter, such as Provider, Riverpod or BLoC.Experience in working with version control systems, knowledge of Git preferred, and collaboration tools.

Team Management and Leadership:

Proven experience in leading and managing a technical team, providing support and creating an atmosphere of collaboration and innovation.Mentoring team members, conducting code reviews, and maintaining high code standards.Strong communication skills to be able to cooperate with team members, stakeholders and other departments effectively.Proven record in delivering mobile applications successfully throughout the project lifecycle.

Problem Solving and Decision Making:

Ability to analyze complex technical problems and provide effective solutions in a timely manner.Experience in making decisions on architecture, technology selection and implementation strategies.Proactivity in identifying and addressing potential challenges in the development process.
