Job OverviewWe are seeking a Senior WordPress Developer with a proven track record of developing and managing high-quality WordPress websites. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in creating WordPress sites from Figma designs using Elementor, resolving plugin conflicts, building WordPress multisites, and handling various hosting backend and database management tasks.

Key ResponsibilitiesWebsite Development: Develop WordPress websites from Figma designs using Elementor, ensuring pixel-perfect implementation and responsive design.Plugin Management: Manage and troubleshoot conflicts between plugins, ensuring seamless functionality and performance.Multisite Experience: Build and manage WordPress multisites, understanding the nuances and best practices for maintaining such environments.Hosting & Database Management: Handle various hosting backends, file managers, and databases, ensuring optimal performance and security.Customization & Integration: Customize themes and plugins as needed, and integrate third-party services and APIs.Performance Optimization: Optimize website performance, ensuring fast load times and high scores on performance metrics.Security Management: Implement best security practices to protect websites from vulnerabilities and attacks.Team Collaboration: Work closely with the design and project management teams to ensure project goals and timelines are met.

Required QualificationsExperience: Minimum of 5 years of experience as a WordPress Developer.Technical Skills: Proficient in PHP, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and MySQL.Tools & Platforms: Extensive experience with Elementor, Figma, and various WordPress plugins.Problem-Solving: Strong troubleshooting skills and the ability to resolve complex technical issues.Communication: Excellent communication and collaboration skills.Portfolio: A strong portfolio showcasing previous WordPress projects.
