The FFW Delivery Team is currently looking for Senior Back-end Developers to join the team in our office in Hanoi, Vietnam (remote work from another location within Vietnam is accepted).

Responsibilities

Responsibilities:

Build custom back-end components and librariesUse and extend already contributed Open Source solutionsTake part in software development methodologies following the standards and best practices outlined for Agile projectsContributing to techniques that will optimize the application performance (Memcache, Application profiling)Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code.

Qualifications

General Requirements:

English: Upper Intermediate level or higher. Strong experience hands on web development with enterprise projects successfully delivered.Strong analytical and problem-solving skillsDetail-oriented with good time management skillsAbility to design, clarify, test, optimize and deploy complex features

Technical experience:

Strong knowledge of Node.js with Express.js.Strong experience with TypeScript. Strong experience with RESTful API development and integration. Solid understanding of software architecture, design patterns and best practices.Strong experience in web development with React JS and Next.js.Strong experience with GraphQL.Strong understanding of GIT.Strong experience with databases (e.g. MySQL, DynamoDB) and SQL.Good understanding of performance and security, how to measure and improve them.Experience with accessibility standards and best practices, such as WCAG (Web Content Accessibility Guidelines).Good experience with GIT.Good experience of unit and integration testing with Jest.Good experience working with Drupal or other CMS.

Nice to have:

Experience with AWS.Education: College or Bachelor's degree in IT-Software or equivalent.Experience with the MVC PHP frameworks.Worked with large teams on large projects, including multisite setup.Experience in teaching and mentoring, demonstrating a commitment to knowledge-sharing and team development.Ability to resolve CI workflow related issues.
