Sitefinity Developer

Responsibilities:The Sitefinity Web Portal Developer is a key member of the Permitting Transformation (PTP) solution development team with the North Carolina Department of Environmental Quality (DEQ).The candidate will focus on both front-end and backend development and integrate the portal with an MS Power Platform (Dynamics) solution as well as other systems, applications, and authentication services.The portal developer will work closely with our Lead Developer and Architect, a team of developers, and other PTP staff such as business analysts. Required/Preferred Skills:Sitefinity development Required 3 YearsSitefinity 14.x administration Required 3 YearsStandards-based .Net development experience Required 5 YearsMVC development experience Required 5 YearsIntegrate portal with an EPA shared services registration data Required 2 YearsIntegrate portal with applications running in MS Power Platform. Required 2 YearsFamiliar with agile practices such as iterative development Required 2 YearsDemonstrated technical ability in learning new technologies and evolving technical stack and processes Required 2 YearsEngage in agile practices such as iterative development Required 2 YearsExperience with TPC DesiredDevOps and deployment pipeline familiarity.
