Requirements:• More than 7+ years of experience in analysis, design and development of enterprise applications using OpenText ExStream Software technologies.• Primary responsibilities included reviewing or creating prototype, gather requirements and analyze the complexity of business requirements for document compositions, prototyping, designing, and giving best solutions for Client correspondence application utilizing OpenText Exstream Dialogue in AIX UNIX environment.• Engaging and keeping relationships with OpenText for any Support, License, Key, or new product purchases.• Plans, coordinates, tests and implements installations / upgrades / releases of systems, software and hardware related to OpenText Exstream Dialogue.• Support development and testing teams to resolve issues and collaborate with other IT staff to design, develop, and implement multi-channel delivery of digital documents based on business objectives.• Working with Print Facility to delivery highly optimized AFP (Advanced Function Printing) files and troubleshoot any implementation issues with render testing and printing.• Building Perl scripts based logics in OpenText Dialogue Manager for generating letter, statements, Invoices, forms and notices as per business requirements.• Configuring and writing UNIX scripts to extract input data from Oracle CC&B database using SQL queries.• Coding new data mapping for Unicode data, creating new TLE/NOOPS, generating PDF, AFP, and PDF/A outputs in multiple languages like English, Spanish and Chinese using Language Layer and Design Layer concept in OpenText Design Manager and OpenText Designer.• Generate Output file in different formats like AFP Files, PDF files with/without encryption, PDF/A ADA compliance files, and Report Files.• Handling and defining Driver files, Reference files, Section based data files using OpenText Exstream Dialogue.• Proficient in SQL queries to manage, build query and manipulate large amount of customer transactional data from Oracle CC&B database using Oracle SQL Developer.• Developing UNIX scripts to execute Exstream Dialogue PUB in AIX UNIX environments using Parms to generate AFP/PDF/HTML output files for transferring to interfacing systems using SFTP, FTP file transfer protocol.• Packaging and Supporting Exstream code as it moves into testing (QA/UAT) environments using version control tools like Serena and Automic UC4 scheduler.• Proficient in trouble shooting production issues in UNIX environment, creating search keys and TLEs, creating data files and data mapping, configure data type and output formats, mapping data using copybook, adding new pages/messages to new documents to the new application, using different output using Design layer, creating overflow pages, designing frames, table creation, and assigning variables in such a way so shared objects and functions can be used.
